Tonight, Jayden and I had some good bonding time. He and I played a fun round of Battleship before he was sucked back into his Minecraft game. He has thoroughly enjoyed his three week Christmas break from school. One more day and then we are back to our regular schedule. I am really looking forward to that!

Here is a picture of all of us in front of the tree before we opened presents. The kids were so excited to open the presents that they sat as nice as they could knowing that they would be no presents till I got my picture. Guess what?!?! The first shot I got was perfect. Looking through all the pictures now I almost feel like there are some shots missing as we don’t have any with someone looking at someone else or one kid laying on the floor like they are died. I never realized that I actually enjoyed those pics, after the fact of course, till now when we don’t have any. Oh well, I will most likely get some of those next year as they can’t be perfect two years in a row. 🙂
